email or chat for order agreement, we’ll secure your booking and inform the
time limit of your booking.

payment method, click “place order” after it to checkout your order.

How To Make Payment – Step By Step

Step 1.

After invoices are received and payment method has been selected, our team will inform you the payment link.

Step 2.

The next page will inform you the detail of your selected payment method.

Step 3.

Once payment has been processed, sent the payment proof to our team for payment verification.

Step 4.

Our team will issued payment receipt and sent it to your email, when the payment have been confirmed.

How To Cancel Order – Step By Step

Step 1.

1. Contact our team through email, phone or chat to inform us about your cancelled order.

2. Sent us the payment receipt of the cancelled order.

Step 2.

1. Our team will review the order and inform your eligibility about the refund of your order based on refund policy.

2. Once the cancellation of the order and the eligibility for the refund has been confirmed, our team will request for your bank account detail.

Step 3.

1. If you’re eligible to get the refund, we will proceed the refund to the given bank account detail.

2. Refund will be proceed from our team within 5 working days.
